The Gift of Forgiveness

12 Sep

A very nice thing happened this week. Mary from Oil Pastels by Mary nominated Healthy A-Z for One Lovely Blog Award. I am very grateful for that! And I am even more grateful for the opportunity that came about as a result…visiting the other great blogs Mary had also nominated. That was an enjoyable experience, and one particular blog lead me to an amazing discovery.

Patricia Awapara of Awapara has written an extraordinary short story, which is both moving and thought provoking. I want to share it with you. (At the end of the excerpt, you will be given an opportunity to download a free file to read the rest of the story. I promise it’s worth it!)

Forgiveness – An Unexpected Gift

Read it to see why forgiveness is not for the other person, it is for you and for me.

I think it’s time to ask ourselves…Is there someone we need to forgive to receive our gift?
