Learning Both Peace and Joy

12 Nov

Have you been thinking about that other person who really irritates you and wondering how it could possibly be about YOU when they are sooooo…? And you’re not like that, not at all!!

“We don’t see things as they are, we see things as we are.”

– Anais Nin

“When you’re focused outside and believe that your problem is caused by someone else, rather than by your attachment to the story you’re believing in the moment, then you are your own victim, and the situation appears to be hopeless.”

– Byron Katie

Hmmm, there really are some very wise people who see this differently. There must be some truth here.

What do you think?
